Veronica holds a PhD in Architectural planning and design regarding the Mediterranean city, (Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Italy), after her Master’s degree in Architecture (Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Italy).
She is an expert in architectural conservation and enhancement of cultural heritage. In 2016, Veronica became a member of the Campo Calabro UNESCO Club while in 2019 she was elected President.
In 2007, Veronica organised the congress titled The Permanent System of the Coastal Batteries of the Strait of Messina.
